This policy covers nexoftai.com, operated by Sahil Meshram. It explains what information is collected when you visit or use the sign-up form, and what happens to it.

What's collected

If you fill in the newsletter form

The sign-up form asks for your name and email address. That information is used to send the newsletter you signed up for, and nothing else. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer.

Automatically, as you browse

This Site uses Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand which pages are read and how visitors find the Site. This records things like the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location (city/country level, from your IP address), and device/browser type. It does not knowingly collect your name or email through this system. Logged-in site users (i.e. Sahil) are excluded from Analytics tracking.

Cookies

The Site can set cookies for: keeping Analytics sessions consistent, and remembering your cookie preferences once a consent banner is shown. If you follow an affiliate link to another site (see the Affiliate Disclosure), the destination site or its affiliate network may set its own cookie to track that referral — that cookie is set by them, not by Nexoftai, and is covered by their privacy policy, not this one.

Who else sees it

• Google (Analytics/Site Kit): aggregate, anonymised traffic data, per Google's own privacy terms.
• Our hosting provider (Hostinger): standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) kept for security and performance, as with any web host.
• Our forms/email plugin: the name and email you submit to the newsletter form, used only to send that newsletter.

Nexoftai does not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long data is kept

Newsletter sign-up data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data retention follows Google Analytics' standard settings for this property.

Your choices

• You can decline non-essential cookies through the cookie preferences banner where shown.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email it sends.
• You can ask what data is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by using the contact page.

Children

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect information from them.
